Well, many of you have received a plethora of emails regarding the status of tonight's show. It's on. It's off. It's on. It's off. Well, it actually happened. How can we describe the show? Perhaps the best perspective is that of our faithful webmaster: "take it one fan at a time". We for sure gained at least one fan tonight, so I guess the show was a success. The crowd was a little sparse and lethargic, but the scattered applause at the end of each song absolutely warmed our hearts. All in all, it was a fun show and we're glad it happened.
For all of you who showed up to support us, again we thank you. As soon as we get our money, you'll get your $2 rebate.
For those of you who saw us for the first time at the show, and may be first-time visitors, welcome to our humble abode and thank you for taking the time to check us out.
We're not sure when the next show will be, but we'll keep you posted.
A Real Life Update
In other news, a professional quality single is in the not-so-distant future. The band has decided on "Come Back Again" to be our first release, and we'll be recording the track on the 26th. With any luck we'll get some radio play, and maybe some recognition. At the very least we'll have something to show the various A&R reps that we are currently bugging. Mike Our Faithful Business Guy is doing a great job shopping our demo, so hopefully something good will happen before we all get old and grey. Our FACTOR application is being scrutinised by the FACTOR people, and as soon as we get the results we'll post them. Cross something now. Basically, that's it for the update. Keep on coming back, and look for "Come Back Again" to make it's MP3 arrival before the end of the summer.
